Welcome to PullPDF. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
PullPDF is an AI-powered document extraction service that converts PDF documents into structured data based on your instructions. Our service processes your documents in real-time and returns extracted content in your chosen format.
2. Document Privacy & Data Handling
2.1 No Document Storage
We do not store, retain, or archive any PDF documents you upload to our platform. Documents are:
- Processed in memory during extraction
- Immediately deleted after processing completes
- Never written to permanent storage
- Never used to train AI models
2.2 Processing Only
Your documents are transmitted securely, processed by our AI extraction engine, and discarded. We retain only your account information (email, name, plan) and extraction history metadata (file names, timestamps, page counts). We do NOT retain the actual content of your documents.
2.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining copies of your original documents. PullPDF cannot recover or retrieve any document after processing.
3. Credits & Billing
3.1 Credit System
PullPDF operates on a page-based credit system. One (1) credit equals one (1) page processed from an uploaded PDF.
3.2 Credit Deduction
Credits are deducted at the time of extraction based on the total number of pages in your uploaded PDF(s), regardless of the length of the extracted output, the complexity of your extraction prompt, or whether the extraction meets your expectations.
3.3 Non-Refundable Credits
ALL CREDITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes monthly subscription page allocations, purchased page packs, and unused credits at the end of a billing cycle (for subscription plans).
3.4 Think Before You Extract
Once you click "Extract," credits are consumed immediately.
We strongly encourage you to:
- Review your prompt carefully before extracting
- Start with smaller documents to test your prompts
- Use the AI-suggested prompts as a starting point
- Verify you have selected the correct export format
3.5 No Refunds for User Error
We do not provide refunds or credit reversals for incorrect or unclear extraction prompts, uploading the wrong document, unsatisfactory extraction results, or accidental extractions.
4. Subscription Plans
4.1 Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
4.2 Page Allocations
Each plan includes a monthly page allocation. Unused pages do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.
4.4 Page Packs
One-time page pack purchases never expire and remain in your account until used.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use PullPDF to:
- Process documents you do not have the right to access
- Extract content for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Upload malicious files or content
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to your documents and extracted content. By using PullPDF, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the extraction service.
6.2 Our Service
PullPDF, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PULLPDF IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EXTRACTIONS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE, THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
AI-powered extraction is inherently probabilistic. Always verify extracted data for critical applications.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PULLPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PULLPDF IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PullPDF after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
